RECEIPE :

Take 30g of bhavani ragi flakes into bowl. Sprinkle sugar (optional) or honey as per your choice. Add cold milk preferably for crunchy taste. Add kishmish, cashews piceces and almond pieces etc.,

Diabetic patient can have Ragi Flakes natural with milk as per their diet chart.
