Ragi vermicelli is made from finest quality ragi flour and wheat flour. The vermicelli can be used to make ragi upama or ragi pasayam.

RECEIPES:

Receipe #1:

Take 200g of ragi vermicelli and fry in oil on low flame for 2 min and set aside. Take adequate amount of quantity of oil in frying pan, add mustard seeds, black gram dal, groundnut, onion, green chillies, salt according to taste. Then add water about 4 glass of water and add vermicelli to it. Boil until it gets cooked properly and then serve hot.

Receipe #2:

Take 2 litres of normal water and add required quantity of salt, put 200g of vermicelli in it. Allow it for 3 mins and drain excess water. Do not keep for more time as vermicelli will loose its shape. Then cook it in steam for 5 minutes, heat adequate quantity of oil in the frying pan, add mustard seeds, black gram dal,groundnut, onion,green chillies, salt as per taste. Then put the cooked vermicelli in the pan and mix throughly for 5 minutes and serve hot.

Receipe #3:

Take 200g of ragi vermicelli and fry in oil or ghee on low flame for 2 min and set aside. Add adequate ghee in the frying pan, then add cardamom powder, kishmish, cashews pieces, almond pieces, sugar and saffron. Add about 2 litres of milk and then add ragi vermicelli to it. Keep deep flame until vermicelli is properly cooked. Serve hot.

Receipe #4:
